K-2: Treemendous Science

3-5: Energy in Ecosystems

6-8: Carbon and Climate

The e-units are everything you expect from Project Learning Tree: hands-on and engaging activities that help teach students how – not what – to think about the environment and their place within it.

They also make teaching and learning fun.

  • opportunities to engage students in environmental education – even without leaving the school grounds
  • effective way to stimulate students’ interest in science is through engaging, hands-on lessons that are relevant to the real world

This workshop is funded by ee360, a national cooperative agreement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, North American Association for Environmental Education, and numerous national and locally based non-profits and universities, including Project Learning Tree (PLT).

Optional 0.5 recertification credit; pay at workshop
